The Willow Wall is absolutely stunning in person and in photos! Crafted from four different varieties of high-quality artificial pampas, white dyed eucalyptus, white roses, and dried leaves, it creates a dreamy, natural aesthetic that elevates any event.

What makes the Willow truly one-of-a-kind is its wispy, airy branch-like vibe— offering a softer, more organic look that sets it apart from traditional flower walls. It’s the perfect statement piece for modern, country, boho, and upscale events alike.

Similar to all our flower walls, the Willow Wall is built on a professional-grade truss system that can hold up to 1,500 pounds, ensuring it is incredibly sturdy and safe — no risk of toppling over like standard pipe-and-drape setups. The truss is fully wrapped in lush boxwood for an elegant, finished look from all sides, making it beautiful from every angle.

Backlighting and uplighting are included in the rental price if desired, adding that extra wow factor, especially for evening events.

Looking to personalize it? Custom name signs can be created and hung on the wall — just reach out for additional pricing details!

Dimensions: Two options available...8' x 8' or 8' x 10'. 

Price is for one setup per location only.

Renting is easy!

Step One: Choose your reservation date from our calendar and click “Book Now.”

Step Two: Be sure to fill out the special instructions box at checkout. Please include the following: 

VENUE NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER

YOUR PREFERRED DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES

*These details are crucial for accurate delivery and insurance coordination with your venue.

All orders include delivery, setup, and pickup, with a pickup time of no later than 9 pm, and delivery within 50 miles of our location in Mesa, AZ. Pickups past 9 pm will incur a separate fee (see FAQ). The delivery cost for orders outside of 50 miles will be determined based on location and whether or not it involves additional setup. Please email us and we can give you a customized quote!  

Step Three: Checkout. We offer 2 payment options. The first is to pay in full, the second is a payment plan through SHOP PAY which splits it up into separate payments.

Step Four: Be on the lookout for an email from our team! Once we have received your order and payment, we will reach out to you via email with additional details and questions. If additional fees apply, we will send you a separate invoice at that time.

Step Five: Sit back and relax while we take care of delivery, setup, and pickup so you have one less thing to worry about on your big day!
